📢 Now Hiring: Account Manager (Client Success + Relationship Management)

NCS is excited to expand our client success team! We’re looking for someone who is early in their career, highly coachable, organized, and motivated to build strong client relationships.

This role supports and grows our IT Managed Services and Managed Print/MFD clients. You’ll lead renewals, run P3 (business review) meetings, participate in discovery meetings, and help clients get the most value from our services.

What you’ll do:
• Serve as a relationship contact for IT + MFD clients
• Lead renewal processes with clear communication
• Run quarterly/biannual/annual P3 business review meetings
• Participate in new client discovery sessions
• Develop solutions based on client needs
• Track activity, tasks, and deals in HubSpot
• Align with service teams using HaloPSA
• Communicate proactively for a smooth client experience

NCS is excited to expand our team! We’re looking for someone with basic technical knowledge who wants to learn and grow in IT, networking, and low-voltage systems.

What you’ll do:
• Install & configure firewalls, desktops, and servers
• Set up VOIP systems and wireless access points
• Install cameras & access control
• Assist with point-to-point systems
• Complete wiring & equipment staging
• Support data and network configurations

Requirements:
✔ Basic tech knowledge
✔ Strong communication & willingness to learn
✔ Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders
✔ Driver’s license & reliable transportation

🕘 Monday–Friday | No overnight travel
📍 Field + office work
