Dream Acres

There is something incredibly meaningful about giving back to the community that has supported us.

This weekend, some of our Dream Acres residents are having the opportunity to volunteer at the 8th annual Sole Reason Golf Tournament, serving participants and helping make the event a success. Opportunities like these are about so much more than volunteering—they build confidence, create meaningful connections, develop valuable job and social skills, and remind our residents that they have so much to offer.

At Dream Acres, we believe every individual deserves the chance to contribute, belong, and be recognized for their abilities. We are so proud of our residents for representing Dream Acres with kindness, hard work, and servant hearts.

Sometimes we end up with kitties that just show up. Precious showed up here a little over a year ago and was tamed by one of our residents… However, she wasn’t quite tame enough when she had her first litter. We can’t thank Topeka Community Cat Fix enough for thier program as they help stop the overpopulation.

Precious is being fixed and we will be finding homes for her for kitties.
