LOVINGHEARTSKANSAS.COM The Loving Hearts Training Center was established in 2006 by Chief Executive Officer, Nancy Hinrichs to create a center for local individuals with disabilities. The goal was not to only provide necessary care but also enrich the lives of each individual served. LHTC started as a small facility only....
