It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Paula Huff, our cherished former Director of Admission, on May 28, 2026.

For nearly nineteen years across two tenures, Paula was the warmth that welcomed families through our doors. She was the first smiling face that countless families encountered, and for so many, the reason they chose Topeka Collegiate. Her fingerprints are woven into the very fabric of this school: the Poetry Tea, Day of the Child, round-up events for our youngest learners, and the cooking classes she taught with such joy and generosity of spirit.

Paula understood, in a way few do, that a school is only as strong as its relationships. She spent her career building them with students, families, faculty, and colleagues. Those bonds have endured long after her tenure here. Today, the children of alumni she once enrolled, now walk our hallways. That is the quiet, profound measure of a life well-lived in service to others.

We hold Paula's family and loved ones in our thoughts and in our hearts.
