Board Member Spotlight on Courtney Bailey!

Courtney has been an administrator for 12 years and currently serves the residents of Good Samaritan - Ellsworth. Courtney sits on both the LeadingAge Kansas and LeadingAge Kansas Foundation Boards.

What keeps Courtney excited about serving seniors?
"I love getting to know my residents and knowing that we are making a difference in their lives and they are truly excited to see you when you walk in the door each morning. No two days are ever the same between the residents and regulatory changes it is never dull and mundane."

What does Courtney enjoy most about serving on our boards?
"I like getting to know other Administrators and having a front row seat to trying to improve this incredible field we work in."

Courtney would like members to know:
"In my free time I love going camping, kayaking, 4-wheeling, basically anything I can do to get outside."
