NE Kansas Mega Summer Food Distribution Takes Place This Thursday, July 2 at KNI

30,000 to 40,000 of pounds of fresh, nutritious food will be distributed at no charge to families needing and requesting it this Thursday, July 2, at the Kansas Neurological Institute.

The drive-through distribution will begin at about 9:30, once the food truck has been unloaded. The event is sponsored by Town and Country Christian Church and Harvesters - The Community Food Network.

Food is distributed on a first come first serve basis as long as quantities last. No I.D. is required

If you would like to receive food, go to the stop light at the intersection of SW 21st and Randolph Streets, turn south and follow the signs. Volunteers are needed and should arrive at 8:30.

Food will be given to any volunteer requesting it.
