The dignified transfer of Airmen Capt. Seth Koval, Capt. Curtis Angst, and Master Sgt. Tyler Simmons, who was posthumously promoted by Ohio's Adjutant General from the rank of technical sergeant, will take place today at Dover Air Force Base.
