How do I start the home buying process?

This is a common question we hear often and its simple. You start by interviewing an agent who can help you through the process from start to finish. Step 1 Meet with us so we can discuss your goals and assist you in selecting a home that fits your needs and lifestyle. Our in depth consultation process is a detailed analysis of your requirements and search criteria/areas of interest. We’ll also discuss and simplify the escrow process so you have a better understanding of what takes place in the time period from start to close.

Step 2 We can connect you to experienced local lenders who are great at explaining your options for financing. They collect information, obtain your credit score and assist you through the preapproval or approval process either in person or through an online application. They will issue a preapproval or formal approval letter once the process is complete and then you can decide your price range.

Step 3 Once you have your preapproval and price range that you qualify for then we start sending you properties and set up a schedule to start the search.
