At On2ourage, our instructors lead a little footwork warm up before class starts! 🤩

As a student, you should be able to complete this warm up rich in basics variations successfully before jumping into Level 2! 🤓

If you are unable to complete this warm up, we will place you accordingly so that we could match you to the level it will be most beneficial for you to join in 😊

This is with the sole intent of keeping everyone safe, free of injury and maintaining a consistent flow and level of each class during our classes. 🤗
