Woodworking Tips,Tricks,and Help

Hi everyone, I hope your all doing well in these trying times. I have a problem that I would like to ask the community’s help with. I’ve been out of work for 5 1/2 months. I have a retaining wall holding up the left side of my property and it’s disintegrating at a rapid rate. It will cost about $30,000 dollars to replace. My question is does anyone know if there are government grants available for situations like this. Where the home owner does not have the money to fix it. At some point In the very near future. The wall is going to fully collapse and then my whole lawn will be in the neighbors pool and yard. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Or if anyone might know of another resource I could investigate? All help would be greatly appreciated.
