Get ready for grilling season! We have a black angus grain finished steer at the butcher. Contact me if you are interested in purchasing a 1/2 or 1/4. Price is $3.35/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight should be around 700 lbs. They will hang for 21 days. The extended hanging time makes this meat extra tender and delicious!

This is a New York Strip Steak from a grain finished Black Angus steer we just had butchered. Pretty proud of how far we have come in only two years. Our goal is to produce the best beef you can buy. We have a grass finished steer that will be going in December and 2 grain finished scheduled for March of 2023. Shoot me a message if you you would like to purchase.
