We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working operator who knows how to move material and keep a paving crew rolling. 🔥

If you can’t handle early mornings, long days, heat, dust, and fast-paced job sites — this isn’t for you.

💪 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Haul asphalt, stone, dirt & millings safely and efficiently
• Keep up with paving crews — no delays, no excuses
• Perform daily truck inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Back into tight spots without babysitting
• Respect the equipment and take pride in your truck 🚛

✅ WHAT YOU NEED:
• Valid CDL (Class A or 😎
• Clean driving record
• Experience in tri-axle dump trucks
• Thick skin and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime during paving season
• Show up ON TIME. Every day. ⏰
