Join Jennifer Lutz, LMSW for a two-hour interactive workshop focused on coping with grief, loss, sadness, and/or change during the holiday season. Jennifer will discuss the stages of grief, as well as the effects of grief on brain functioning. She will discuss coping strategies and how to manage the pressures of holiday traditions.

This workshop will be held on December 4, 2019 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in our Positive Changes Learning Center at 8415 Bellona Ln. Suite 115 Towson, MD 21204. The cost of the workshop will be $75 per person, out-of-pocket and due at registration.
