Update: To those asking about fundraising/crowdfunding, we have no doubt that these methods would work. The problem is that the application deadline for events held this year has passed. No matter what we do, Tigercon will not be held this year. BUT this is not the end of Tigercon. We will be back next year! An unfortunate set of circumstances caused us to begin gathering service hours very late in the semester and that will not happen again.

Hey guys! Are you all excited for Tigercon? It's in a little more than a week, and we would like to remind you of a very important rule!

Tigercon does not allow prop weapons! Please refrain from bringing your prop weapons or you will be asked to put it back in your car! This includes sword, paddles, keyblades, guns, claws, basically anything that looks like a weapon. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are on a college campus and prop weapons are prohibited for safety reasons. We will have a police officer helping us enforce this rule this year, so it will be strict!

Would you guys like another announcement? Well, here's one for today! Long ago, in the distant memories of Tigercon, there was an event. A cosplay event. An event that could even be considered...romantic? That's right! This year, Tigercon is proud to announce that we are bringing back the Anime Dating Game!

You can sign up through our shiny new form, or you can sign up at the convention right before the event! It's a battle of typing vs. handwriting and planning vs. spontaneous decisions!
