TBT - Back in the day we all talked & trained for a Small Waist & literally an honest Perfection V - Taper. Early on in my training. I researched & confided with at Golds Gym downtown San Jose. We structured a training regiment that should & did accomplish this as you can see here. Man I’d do anything to go back & train with Scotty. I hit the jackpot for sure hooking up with an IFBB PRO so early on in my training days. Scotty was under a Weider Contract during this time & Competing. Scott believed in me & always told me I had everything it takes to become an IFBB PRO. We trained together for 5 years leading up to my first contest as a Novice Middleweight. I did Win my class 🥇I truly miss this big guy!

Kimberly Nunes the daughter of David Nunes the owner of IRONWORKS GYM TRACY, CA made a stop to get in a training session at her Dad’s Gym before taking off to Thailand for a 14 day well deserved vacation. If you haven’t noticed by now Dave’s whole family is heavily into the fitness lifestyle! Kimmy now lives in Tennessee with her husband Brian in their newly custom built over 4,000 sq ft big beautiful home. The Nunes Family has an extremely heavy close bond!
