Brian is an exceptional teacher who taught in Greenville from 2005-2025!
Expect to experience a 75 minute asana practice that will challenge you to be patient, purposeful, & kind to yourself. He’ll guide you to find the sweet spot in every pose, balancing effort and ease. You will feel an inner strength and empowerment that lasts well after class is over.

We will also have a little time in the end for casual mingling if you would like to stick around.

This weekend 💥 Special Guest - Master Teacher - Joe Taft - will be here leading 2 flow classes‼️
Saturday & Sunday 10:00-11:15am

Based out of Asheville, Joe has been teaching yoga for two decades, making yoga and yoga therapy his life’s work.
Joe weaves together clear and careful instruction with a fun and flowing synthesis of asana, breathwork, and meditation. He takes pride in creating a funky musical playlist which compliment his class theme. His playful disposition, sense of humor and vast array of experience create a warm and safe classroom environment.
