That was me a few years ago. I would be consistent for a spurt and then I'd just get so sick of looking at Facebook or Instagram or LinkedIn.

I would think this is so dumb, we are all doing the same stupid stuff all the time and I would give up. In the meantime, my competitors and friends were posting the great work they were doing and I was feeling left out and behind!

A few years ago, I made a big investment in 1:1 business coaching and really improved my business. When we wrapped up our coaching, I asked "What next?". My coach suggested that I invest the money I had been paying her into getting an assistant to help me with some of the tasks in my business. So I went for it!

Since then, I've posted at least 3 times every week on social media and consistently grown my business with much less stress and worry!

I want to show you how I started to get my content organized and ready to pass on to an assistant. This way you can keep up yourself or maybe even hire someone to help you!
