When you have a planning team you trust, you do not have to worry about all of the details happening behind the scenes. You can truly be present — taking it all in, feeling every emotion, and knowing you can simply live in the moment.

Being part of V&M’s wedding day was truly so special. This was the third celebration we have had the honor of planning for this incredible family, and each time, our hearts are filled with so much gratitude for the trust they place in our team. 🤍

Every successful journey is built upon dedication, meaningful relationships, and a clear vision for the greater good. While our path with Conradie Event Design has included many beautiful twists and turns, we have always remained steadfast in our commitment to a broader purpose.

We will continue to operate Conradie Event Design with the same excellence we always have—planning & designing alongside our valued local venues and partners, we are honored to announce a new chapter in our evolution: Loamstead.

Loamstead is a purpose-driven collaboration rooted in community and centered around exceptional hospitality. Its co-ownership and leadership team represents a collective of accomplished professionals whose combined expertise, integrity, and shared values form the foundation of this new endeavor:

•Amanda Danielson, Director of Strategy and Systems – Esteemed restaurateur and founder of Intentional Agriculture.

•Kasey Wierzba, Director of Winegrowing and Land Stewardship – Executive Winemaker at Shady Lane Cellars and a dedicated proponent of SIP-certified, sustainable viticulture.

•Elise Curtis-Dull, Director of Culinary and Education – Experienced chef and educator with a deep connection to seasonal food systems.

•Sarah Bielman, Director of Business Planning and Integrity – Finance and compliance expert with a strong background in hospitality operations.

•Melissa and Dawid Conradie, Co-Directors of Event Planning and Design – Visionaries known for producing refined, design-forward guest experiences with care and intention.
