It is becoming Bridal season and prom is just around the corner!
As I am retired from the public sector I have availability! Either call or text 231-409-4491 to make an appointment.

Memory items I helped create.

Memory items.
These are near and dear to my heart.
I listen to my clients about what they want. I like to know about the person so I can get and idea of them
You may find this strange, but I believe in the Human Spirt, the person guides me in helping to create a special piece.
I make bears, these can be from 1 item of clothing to several pieces. They are usually a 14 inch bear. But I have made smaller ones also.
Quilts are always a fun project, so many different ways to put pieces together. Always keeping in mind where the family wants the placement.
Pillows are a wonderful keepsake. If made out of a shirt, I will make an inside pillow from an old t-shirt so the pillow can be taken out if the shirt needs to be washed. I make these with the collar on or off.
These are basic items, I can custom create most anything a family wants too.

Continuing what I sew.
Formal attire:
Wedding Dress.
Bridesmaid dresses
Mother of the bride or groom.
Prom and homecoming dresses
These alterations include
Shortening the dresses which is the most requested alteration.
Taking in the shoulders and the bust.
Shortening straps if needed.

As for Suits for men, I can shorten the sleeves, shorten the pant legs and move buttons for a better fit. I cannot tailor suits.

Happy New Year!
With the new year comes a remodel! Sew Creative will be temporarily closed as we are remodeling my sewing and cutting room. I will be back and post before and after pics along with the reopening!

I am booked and will not be able to take any sewing until after Labor Day Sept. 2nd.
