First time as a high pole! Escorting a wind tower lower-mid section. 14’2” wide, 15’8” high, 122’ long, and weighs 196,000 lbs. My high pole was set at 16’2”, because they must be run at a minimum of 6” higher than the highest part of the load. My driver helped me set it up! Big fun!

My first job es**rting mobile homes!!! We went from the TX/OK border to Montrose, CO. Very pretty but some very narrow roads especially Montrose Pass where the construction is being done. Had a great time!!! I even saw snow for the first time since 2019!

We stopped to wait for the base of the tower to catch up and this is what a rear pilot car that is “chasing” sees all day!
