There is just something so special about helping first-time homebuyers make it to the closing table 🏡✨

I am beyond happy for this amazing family and so honored to have been part of such an important milestone in their lives. Watching their journey unfold and seeing them take this huge step into homeownership was truly such a rewarding experience.

What makes this even more incredible is that they were able to use the Hometown Heroes program, and because he is a deputy police officer buying within the city limits, he will also receive a $500 monthly incentive — such an awesome benefit for a hometown hero who gives so much to his community 💙👮‍♂️

It was an absolute pleasure working with these two, getting to know them, and being part of this exciting new chapter. Moments like this are a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.

Officially closed on 849 Dalhart Ave SW, Palm Bay! 🎉🏡
I couldn’t be more excited for my Kansas buyers, Kimberly and Ken, as they make their full-time move to Florida! ☀️🌴
Kimberly wanted to be closer to the ocean because that’s her happy place, and now that dream is a reality. It was such a fun experience spending the day with them in Palm Bay while house hunting and getting to know them better along the way.
Moments like this are what make what I do so rewarding. I’m truly excited for this new chapter for them and also for the new friendship that came from it. ❤️
