Hi Trinity! Or should I say goodbye.

Ashly here! Thank you. Thank you for absolutely every second we were open. I promise to stay committed to the community & continue to bring so much good.

I am forever grateful for the moments, the opportunities, the smiles, the give backs, and honestly even the tears.

I promise with everything I have, it’s not goodbye forever

Chef Patrick here. This is a really hard post to write. But it’s time I walk away and focus.

First I want to thank Ashly. I am forever grateful for her strength and love for the community.

As I close Trinity & move forward, please one last request.
