Small Listing Hint I tell all my sellers:
Paint the entry way wall to help cleanse the pallet of the buyer's nose.
Painting is always the least priced thing you can do that will bring the best rate of return.

I mean... I know I am 🤫🤪 but sometimes being reminded gives you a boost.
Was grateful I was able to help my buyer / seller (kinda) find a house (after a tree went through his first one).
