Several years ago, I read a book about marketing honey. The author suggested that consumers do not like to be reminded that honey comes from bees. This is why many honey jar labels feature flowers, honeycomb without bees, and honey dripping from a dipper. After reading this, I sat down to design my label and I immediately sketched a honey bee to be the focus on all my designs. I believe that honey bees are facinating creatures and that they deserve to be credited for all of their hard work. The purpose of this page is to show how the honey gets from the flower to the jar.
