Finished up the last phase of this project. Filled the washouts, cut a drainage ditch, and regraded the pipeline right-of-way to redirect water and help cut down on future erosion. On to the next one.

Cleaned this bottom out so it can better handle all the water coming off the hill and help keep the high fence from catching debris every time it floods. With over 100 feet of elevation change on this property, a tremendous amount of water funnels into this one area during heavy rains.

Looking forward to tackling the next phase!

Started clearing timber along the creek and getting the site opened up. A lot of work ahead, but it’s going to be a big transformation. Stay tuned for progress photos.

Cleaned this property up and transformed it into a usable build site again. Existing slab was left intact for a possible future shop build.

Finished clearing and cleaning up one of our lots.

Opened it up, cleaned the underbrush out, and dressed everything back up while keeping some trees for shade.

This project included:

Tried to preserve the big hardwoods while opening the property back up and improving access.

Hard to believe this is the same property.

Started out overgrown and rundown. Now it’s clean, opened up, and ready for what’s next. Proud of this transformation.
