Freedom Absolute Yoga

My first post in years.
Why?
I haven't been teaching much so there is lack of motivation. Today however, I was inspired by the look on my individual student's face, mostly masked mind you, but unmistakable look of bliss after rising from the final savasana in a Sivananda based class.
The sequencing in a Sivananda Basic Open Class is perfectly balanced in Hatha Yoga science and grosser physical aspect of pose and counter pose. A open student will almost mystically experience total relaxation and a higher state of vibration upon completion of the sequence of postures alone.
It was good to be part of that and it help to renew my enthusiasm for the science itself. I was starting to question the more esoteric benefits. First hand, they are real.
