Troy People Concerned (TPC) helps Troy citizens who find themselves in crisis situations. TPC receives more requests for help during the holidays than any other time of year. If you would like to donate, you can make up a holiday food basket, adopt a family so they have holiday gifts, or donate local grocery store gift certificates. Meijer is a family company focused on enriching lives in the communities they serve. In their continued deep-rooted hunger relief efforts, Meijer will be launching an additional 4th campaign in 2021 to help feed hungry families. The newly added Winter Simply Give Campaign will run a total of eight weeks from Feb. 14 – April 10, 2021. Meijer will match all of the $10 Simply Give donation cards at the S. Adams Road/Rochester Hills Meijer location and donate them to our local Troy Food Pantry. And during March 13 – April 3, Meijer will double match all purchases.

Thanks to generous customers and a strong commitment from their food pantry partners, Simply Give has continued to be successful in feeding hungry families in our local communities. The program has generated more than $61 million in food donations throughout the Midwest since its inception in November 2008.
