We're 5 days into 2023!! What steps have you taken to reach those goals that you've set for yourself?

Whether it's the holiday season or the cold weather, many Michiganders don't plan to move during the Winter. However, with Spring now being just a few months away, some people may not realize the time to began the moving process is now. Between getting pre-approved with a lender (or getting your credit and savings in order), shopping around for your new home before finding "The One", clearing all mortgage and title insurance requirements (including home inspections and meeting your municipality standards), the process could take months!
