Today is the last day of the our matched giving for vehicles!
06/24/2026
If you’ve ever come down on a team with Hope for Home, chances are you’ve heard it, seen it, or maybe even experienced it firsthand—one of our vehicles breaking down.
Our vehicles work hard. They transport teams to ministry sites, shuttle supplies, pick up and drop off at the airport, and travel countless miles each year serving the families and communities we partner with. The reality is that rough roads, heavy use, and constant travel take a toll.
Right now, we have an incredible matching opportunity for our vehicle fund! Every dollar donated will be matched, up to $25,000, but the match ends before July 1.
These funds will help cover much-needed repairs and maintenance on our current vehicles, as well as help us purchase a new van to safely and reliably transport teams, staff, and supplies for years to come.
Reliable transportation may not always be the most visible part of ministry, but it makes so much of what we do possible. Without dependable vehicles, teams can't reach project sites, supplies can't be delivered, and ministry opportunities can be missed.
Whether you've ridden in one of our vans, helped push one off the side of the road, waited through a repair, or simply want to help keep ministry moving forward, this is a practical way to make a lasting impact.
Give before July 1 and your donation will be doubled through this matching opportunity! 🤎

"Block by Block: A Mission of Hope."
As part of our Global Mission Trip program, Shook Construction sent 10 team members to Guatemala in March 2026 in partnership with Hope for Home Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children with disabilities in rural Guatemala.
The Shook team partnered with local contractors to do essential masonry work on a retaining wall at Hope for Home’s main campus in Parramos. The project was a crucial first step to new living and therapy spaces that will expand the organization's impact.
Shook partnered with ManaVision Inc. to capture the experience. The resulting documentary, "Block by Block: A Mission of Hope,” shares a glimpse of both the impact and challenges our team faced in Guatemala and the incredible inspiration that resulted.
We thank Hope for Home for the opportunity to be part of their transformative work and live our Mission, To Dramatically Improve the Communities We Serve.
We hope you enjoy watching the film and consider sharing it with others as inspiration. Together, we can make a difference on a global level and drive momentum.
