First Place Food Pantry

The ongoing support of the Miami County Farm Bureau is deeply appreciated, as contributions such as these enable us to effectively serve our neighbors in need in Miami County. 🧡

This year's recipients of our Bushels for Hunger basket donations are Needy Basket of Southern Miami County and First Place Food Pantry! Thank you to all the farmers who made crop donations in service to others. We are so appreciative to be part of such a giving community.

If you are interested in making a donation this harvest season, just let them know at the Troy Elevator that you would like to share a bushel of your beans, wheat, or corn. Our friends at the Mennel Milling Company make it easy to give back! All proceeds go to support local food pantries in the county on a rotating annual basis. Every harvest season looks different and we truly appreciate all our farmers do!

A HUGE shout out to Elliott Land and Hardscaping, LLC! They recently held a diaper drive for us and they and their customers really came through!

Diapers are one of the most requested items and one of the hardest for us to get, (especially sizes 3 and up), so a donation like this is very much appreciated. Thank you for caring for the smallest of our Miami County neighbors in need! 🧡

We would like to express our appreciation to this great group of volunteers from ITW Food Equipment Group! In addition to volunteering their time, they also collected and donated 554 pounds of food and personal care items to the pantry! Thank you! 🧡
