Quick question: is your AI struggling to summarize your own documents? There might be a reason. AI can only work with what it can actually read. And if your content isn't accessible — untagged headings, scanned PDFs, missing alt text — there's a huge chunk of your knowledge that's locked away from AI tools, too. The good news: the same fixes that help users with disabilities also unlock better AI output. One project. Two wins.
