Tope serves as the Asset Manager at Bedrock Detroit, where he leads value creation across a portfolio of residential, office, and mixed‑use properties. He brings 13 years of experience in real estate markets throughout the Midwest and East Coast, with a focus on removing operational friction to unlock asset performance and keep teams aligned with organizational goals.

Driven by the belief that communities deserve safe, dignified, and well‑maintained places to live, Tope is committed to supporting Community Housing Network in advancing equitable housing opportunities and strengthening the neighborhoods we serve.

MSHDA joined our partners Oakland County, Michigan Government, Three Oaks Communities, Rochester Housing Solutions, and Community Housing Network, Inc. for the groundbreaking of Auburn Oaks, the county’s second neuro-inclusive neighborhood in Rochester Hills.

This development will bring 55 new homes to the community, including dedicated units designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Auburn Oaks reflects a shared commitment to expanding inclusive, affordable homeownership and strengthening long-term housing stability.
