It's so satisfying when we are able to meet tough demands and exceed the expectations that are sometimes put on us in this industry. These clients came to me with a purchase contract that needed to be closed in just under two weeks, while one of them was out of the country the entire time. I got all hands on deck and made it happen for them and all parties were very happy at the closing table!

Repeat clients are not only great for maintaining a healthy stream of business. They are also an indicator that you are treating people right and doing what's best for them. Anytime I am able to help a client for a second or even third time, it reminds me how customer service is the key to a successful career in sales.

This client recently went through some big life changes and moved from Metro Detroit to northern Michigan. Instead of finding a "local" mortgage company in that area, she made sure to call me because of the way I handled her previous mortgage transaction, a few years ago. What a perfect way to end January!

Congrats to these clients who made the move from Michigan to the suburbs of Chicago! We needed to help this family move to another state in a timely manner (only 2 weeks!) so they wouldn't have to live out of a hotel.

Challenge presented....challenge accepted....challenge conquered!!!
