💚 They are the stage of plants between sprouts and baby greens, and can be up to 40 times more potent in phytochemicals than mature plants!

💚 Research suggests that microgreens can have up to nine times more nutrients than mature greens, and contain a wider variety of antioxidants and polyphenols!

💚 They are used in your already favorite meals to boost the flavor, nutrition and appeal. Microgreens can be used in salads or as a salad. On tacos, burgers, wraps, omlettes, sandwiches, in smoothies or in soups.
