We are beyond excited to officially announce that Ms. Traci has accepted the role of Preschool Director at Aim High Elite! 💜🤸

There is truly no one more qualified, passionate, or dedicated to help shape the next generation of athletes. Ms. Traci brings an incredible lifetime of experience, knowledge, and love for children to this role.

💜 Meet Our New Preschool Director:
⭐ 42 years of gymnastics coaching experience
⭐ 18 years as a Preschool Educator
⭐ 3 years of Preschool Director experience
⭐ 4-year Collegiate Gymnast at SEMO
⭐ 16 years as a competitive gymnast
⭐ 2 years competing in Trampoline & Tumbling
⭐ Positive Coaching Alliance Certified

For Ms. Traci, gymnastics has never been just a sport—it's her life's passion. She believes every child has the potential to grow stronger, more confident, and more capable through movement. Whether a child dreams of becoming a competitive gymnast or simply wants to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence, she is committed to helping them reach their fullest potential.

One of Ms. Traci's greatest gifts is recognizing potential in every child. She has an incredible eye for talent, champions the underdog, celebrates every milestone, and isn't afraid to gently push athletes beyond their comfort zones—because she knows that's where confidence is built and growth happens. Her goal isn't just to teach gymnastics skills; it's to help children develop the courage, work ethic, and resilience they'll carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Our preschool program is the foundation of everything we do, and we couldn't be more excited for the future under her leadership.

To every gymnast who stepped onto the competition floor—you made us proud. Whether you walked away with medals, personal bests, or simply the courage to compete on a national stage, you represented Aim High Elite with heart, determination, and class.

To our incredible coaches—thank you for the countless hours, early mornings, late nights, corrections, encouragement, hugs, and unwavering belief in every athlete. None of this happens without you.

To our amazing families, we are so grateful for your support, not only the week in Knoxville, but all season long.

And to our AHE family... thank you for proving once again that we're so much more than a gym. We're a community that celebrates together, supports one another, and grows stronger every season.

Now, one chapter closes... and another begins.
