A Reiki session usual is an hour of relaxation, balancing life force energy and reducing stress. While calming, it can also be invigorating and give clarification to your thoughts. A session begins in a private room where the client is asked to remove ONLY his or her socks and shoes. You will be asked to dress comfortably and with minimal jewelry.
