On Oct.1st, 2016, the Chinese Student and Scholars Association(CSSA) held the Flag-Raising Ceremony in front of the International Student Center (Pace Hall) at 8 o’clock. Students from China, professors from the Confucius Institution and visiting scholars got together to celebrate the 67th birthday of the People’s Republic of China. In this ceremony, four standard-bearers came to us with full energy. With light shining on peoples’ faces and the sound of the National anthem around them, the Chinese flag was rose. All people’s eyes were on the flag with pride in their heart. After the Flag-Raising Ceremony, the chairman of the Chinese Student and Scholars Association(CSSA) published a speech about the feelings on his heart and end with a group photo of all of the people in the ceremony.

【活动预告】国庆升旗--面向全体学生及访问学者🇨🇳

【时间】10月1日(周六)早7点50分到场，8点正式开始

【地点】 Pace Hall正门—地球仪

【要求】准时到场，着装得体

升旗仪式也是Troy中国学生学者联谊会每年都会举办的重要活动之一，期待大家的到来！

【2016 特洛伊CSSA秋游活动】✨✨✨

【活动介绍】
秋季旅行项目是CSSA面对中国新生组织的活动之一，目的在于让大家对美国的文化习俗和风土人情先睹为快，同时也可以让大家认识新朋友，迅速融入新环境。每年只此一次，名额有限。本次秋游延续往年传统，继续为大家推荐“大雾山国家公园”( Great smoky mountains)，大雾山国家公园位于田纳西和北卡罗来纳及南卡罗莱纳三州交界处，风景宜人，气候凉爽，是美国最终明的国家公园之一。

【活动内容】
1. 体验小木屋情调，我们将入住美式著名的特色木质大别墅，别墅娱乐设施齐全，温泉游泳一应俱全，还有台球桌游等娱乐项目。

2. 登山涉水，其实大部分登山过程将是汽车代替，剩余的部分需要我们徒步游玩，探索发现。
3. 近距离体验野生动物，大雾山是著名的“熊🐻山”，野熊遍地，当然抓拍野熊需要一定勇气，除了熊之外，还有鹿群，狼等野生动物。
4. 体验小镇风光，山里有两座风景宜人的小镇“加特林堡”和“鸽子谷”，镇子上还有许多娱乐设施（缆车🚠，滑索等）
5. 户外BBQ,我们将在小木屋露天烧烤摊为大家准备丰富多样的烧烤，入夜后可回小木屋参加“酒会”，21岁以上童鞋们可以参加。

💲200/每人 (CSSA会员)
*费用包括所有的路费，三晚的住宿费，BBQ以及酒品

【活动时间】
9月2日晚－－9月5日晚（9月5日为美国法定节假日），出发时间会根据同学们的下课时间进行调整，所以大家不用担心与上课时间冲突。

【新生欢迎会】8月12日即本周五下午5:30, 由特洛伊中国学生会举办的新生欢迎会将在Trojan center ballroom(2楼)举行，届时会有学长学姐分享美帝生活经验，并有驾照获取全攻略讲解和美味的中式晚餐。欢迎大家到场参加。

特别感谢熊猫亚洲超市的大力支持，提供晚会餐具，
晚餐由Troy本地中日餐厅Golden Crane特别提供。

希望经过几天的奔波劳顿，新生小伙伴们由此有一个美帝生活的新的开始。
