Cozy Country Clutter

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat down and started to write something on my page to backspace it numerous times and give up. I just don’t know what to say. I keep having lemons thrown at me. I make the lemonade and get so close and another lemon comes. 🍋
2 years ago I took an amazing trip to Hawaii with my girls. A few days later after we arrive home my hubby gets hurt. 🤦‍♀️We get him back on his feet at the end of February. Excited to get back to my happy place and Covid hits. 🤦‍♀️ Kids out of school. I couldn’t get back into the store. 🤦‍♀️ Sept 2020 the kids are still not in school full time. 🤦‍♀️ Spring 2021 Ryan still wasn’t in school full time. Summer 2021 My Mom fell and hurt her leg. She’s still recovering from that and needing more assistance with some medical issues😔. She’s been with me on and off since the beginning of Covid.
I’m sure some of you have seen some activity last week at the store. More Lemons. 😔
My Mom had a pipe burst upstairs which of course the water went downstairs. Parts of the ceiling fell and some mold started. My goods were exposed and they all had to be thrown out. So it all went. All of it. Gone. P**f. Now it’s empty and the repairs can start soon. I don’t know what happens next. I try not to think about it…
I still don’t know what to say. I’ve been living my life day by day. That’s all I know. I did know I had to write something to all of you. I just didn’t want it to sound like I’m dumping on you. I love my store. It’s my happy place. It’s also filled with my childhood memories. ❤️ It’s been especially rough this last past week. I know it’s just stuff but it was more to me then stuff. Everything in there reminds me of a memory. I’m thankful no one was hurt. I’m thankful for my life. It’s mostly all good. I just miss my happy place and you❤️
