NYSTEC’s summer interns recently gathered in Troy, NY, for the Summer Intern Networking Event, an afternoon focused on networking, career exploration, and professional development.

During the event, interns participated in an interactive networking activity that gave them the opportunity to connect with full-time employees, learn about their career paths, and hear firsthand about their experiences at NYSTEC.

The afternoon also featured a panel of former interns who have successfully transitioned into full-time roles, including Ibrahim Ali, Joe Arcuni, Teauna Baker, Kyla Shirley, and CeCe Whalen. Panelists shared insights into their intern-to-employee journeys and offered advice on how to make the most of the internship experience while building a strong foundation for a career at NYSTEC.
