I just want to Thank All of you for being so understanding during this time with my Momma. Your willingness to reschedule at a moments notice and your prayers were appreciated and felt. My Momma passed this morning and is at peace.

Gene is doing better now….Had a ruff day yesterday and a very bad night. They have removed the back drain tubes. They could not stop the bleeding. After 4 tries he is wearing a packed taped girdle. It is working. Then around 7pm his wound vac quit working. Today the surgeon had to redo his wound vac in his bed. He did get numbed and given meds but Gene stated he has never felt that level of pain. He is doing good right now. He will be on the wound vac for 6 weeks. He is having a pick line put in and will be on intravenous antibiotics for 11weeks. He will have oxygen for night sleep. We are waiting for the surgeon to recheck his wound vac. Still looking to come home soon. Prayer for continued healing!! Good News. Cultures aren’t growing!!

I believe and know prayer works…so I’m asking for prayer for my upcoming surgery Monday! Having a tumor removed that’s on my adrenal gland and having my bladder swabbed. Expecting a smooth, uncomplicated removal, blood clotting properly and quick recovery. Thanks in advance!!
