Take this time, while the world is on pause, to become a better version of yourself. I am offering, to a small group of dedicated individuals, an invitation to join ACTIVE 30, a 30-day workout program that I have created specifically for these challenging times. Meaning, no equipment needed, virtual check-in’s, and a virtual “team” (via a private facebook group) to share your progress with throughout the month.
