We keep doing the things that are comfortable no matter how they’re keeping us stagnant. There are things that may present themselves as good. But, they don’t benefit you long term. We can’t see it because it’s familiar and we can go through the motions on autopilot. What thing(s) is on autopilot? What are you holding on to that doesn’t benefit you?
