MassiveMesh is hiring full-time Installation Technicians who will support the installation of rooftop equipment and building wiring. Our typical office hours are 8:30-5pm, but hours will vary. Overtime will be required at times.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a great attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with customers regarding installations and repairs. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable using ladders and basic hand tools. Computer networking skills are preferred but not required. Visit us at www.massivemesh.net

Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and effectively to resolve various trouble tickets in accordance with applicable policies, standards and procedures.
- Ensure all customer application and installation activity, including field verification, site sketches, notices to proceed, and closeout documentation, are completed within required cycle times.
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment at company and customer locations
- Monitor and report material usage in order to maintain adequate truck supplies
- Serve on a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs and maintenance
- Install new tower and repeater site equipment with support.
- Maintain clean, safe and orderly environment;
- Properly follow all safety procedures and policies

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people with varying technical knowledge
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and lift 50lbs.
- Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytic skills

-Reliable transportation to work each morning

-Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience configuring Windows or Linux based systems

-Networking skills

-Experience terminating Cat5, Cat6, and fiber
