Hi there, Bree here. We were made aware this morning of an Intoxalock nationwide outage. We have NO control over this, we cannot reach anyone either, and we have no idea when they will be back online. We cannot access their website, we cannot log into our service center portal, so we cannot get work orders or certificates for any Intoxalock customers. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but this is out of our hands. Hopefully they will have this resolved soon!!!

Rocky and Randy out there making it happen! They’ve been out all day today and will likely be out most the night! Be patient with street crews and snow plows during this! They’re all trying to keep up and clear things.

As always with Ohio weather, totals may vary — but one thing matters most: stay in, stay warm, and stay SAFE.

Rocky’s Diesel will be out plowing, shoveling, and salting as conditions allow. Huge thanks to Rocky and Randy for being willing to brave the elements and work through tough conditions to help keep paths clear for our customers.

Please use caution, avoid unnecessary travel, and check in on loved ones.

Bree – Office Manager
The engine behind the scenes. While she’s a trained service writer and often steps up to the front desk when needed, her primary role is managing the nuts and bolts that customers don’t always see—payroll, invoicing, insurance and warranty claims, HR, scheduling, and big-ticket job estimates. From operations to strategy, she’s involved in just about everything that keeps the shop organized, efficient, and ready to serve. You may not always see her, but trust us—nothing rolls without her.

Kelly – Service Writer
With years of experience and a deep understanding of the shop floor, Kelly is one of our most knowledgeable and dependable team members. She’s usually holding things down in the afternoon but is always willing to jump in earlier when her team needs her. Kelly is known for her clear communication, friendly attitude, and commitment to making sure both customers and technicians stay on the same page. She consistently goes the extra mile—not just for our customers, but for her coworkers, too. We’re very lucky to have Kelly as part of our team!!!
