I hear this more times than I can count ....
“I’ve tried everything to lose weight!”
Or
“I eat healthy and exercise religiously."
So, why isn't the weight budging?

If everyone seems to grasp “what to do” then why do countless individuals remain overweight, out of shape, and unhappy with their appearance and well-being?

If it were truly that simple, wouldn't you already have achieved success?

The key to weight loss revolves around three core principles:
1 Eating Well
2 Exercising
3 Consistently executing both steps 1 & 2

It's that consistency part that proves to be so challenging.

This is why I’ve made it my life’s work to assisting people in maintaining that consistency.

In order to fully understand what it takes to help people stay consistent, it’s important to understand why so many people have a hard time staying consistent.

In other words....What makes sticking to a plan and following through so hard?
It boils it down to three things. No matter what you’re planning on doing….it’s worth reading.
Otherwise, it’s going to be very hard to succeed.

1) The plan you’re attempting to follow lacks sustainability.
If the diet or exercise plan you’re trying to follow isn’t sustainable, you’re doomed from the start. Failure is inevitable.
2) You never change your relationship with food
Unless you change your relationship with food, and the way you think and react to food, you’re not going to lose weight for the long term.
3) Daily personal accountability paired with consistent support.
What does accountability really mean? It’s hard to explain the power of accountability unless you’ve experienced it.

This is exactly what I work on with my clients… this is how they reach their goals.
