Whelp, Garage Sale weekend is here and I am beat...the CoCo elves and I have been working all week to bring out ALL the goodies and slashing prices for your shopping pleasure.

Here are the deets:
Most EVERYTHING is 50% OFF
This does not include
RED LINE Items-these are completed items ready to go and be added to your home.
Project Pieces (PP on price tags)- these pieces need love and are priced according to that need. Cool pieces, very low prices!
Current IOD cannot be discounted, but can be purchased.
Retired IOD will be 50% OFF!
CASH is KING...should you need to use a credit card, there will be a 3% credit card fee.

I think that is all the important information. We will have bubble wrap and plastic bags, but if you wanna bring a box, we won't be offended, in fact, we like your energy!
There are linens, home decor, housewares, glassware, holiday, food mixes, and SO much more!

Our Final Weekend

Happy Friday Friends,

As I face the final weekend open at the Silverbell location, I am filled with so much emotion...happy to see all the beautiful friends this month, sad to be closing my location that I have called home for the last 3+ years, and excited/scared for the my future as a small business. If anything, I have learned that running a small business takes every ounce of your being and after doing this for 6 years straight, I am tired both physically and mentally. Chasing your dreams is one of the scariest and bravest things a person can do. I am so blown away by how Tucson can take you in and support you in the most unbelievable ways. I have learned so much from all of the people I have met along the way, from vendors to clients and this I will always treasure. I am even grateful for people those that felt the need to be rude or unkind to a small business owner who was doing their very best to keep up, because it taught me to be resilient and know I can't please everyone. As a wise friend told me, I can't be pizza! As I look to the future, I am excited to know that I will get to move forward in a more flexible and balanced way. I will get to embrace my art and also my family time. I look forward to working with you all as the Iron Orchid Designs Tucson stockist and eventually going back to where I started, occasional markets, that were events NOT to be missed, because these items are one of a kind and can't be duplicated. So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

We will be open regular hours Sat 10-4 & Sun 11-3, May 30 & 31st.

Then I will be having an indoor, air conditioned, Garage Sale June 5th & 6th from 9-2pm. The garage sale will be project pieces, back stock from the back room, home decor and florals. Cash is preferred and there will be a fee for credit card purchases. Help me lessen the packing needed to move my items to the warehouse. Hope to see you there!

After we close our doors on June 6th, our Silverbell Location will be closed permanently. I will then look forward to the evolution of Colliope Co. I hope you stay along for the ride :)
