Owner/Office Ambassador - Beth

This role is critical to the success of a business. Beth is the first point of contact in the patient’s experience with Strive Physical Therapy. Along with initiating the relationship, she also helps the patient to navigate care - scheduling, insurance, etc. Not to mention billing, which helps to sustain the business. Without a strong front office, this would not be possible.

Beth brings 30 years of experience as a speech pathologist and has transitioned into front office ambassador. There has been a great learning curve in this transition, but she has exceeded all expectations. Her interpersonal skills and ability to connect with each patient ensures the patient is cared for as soon as they walk in our doors. Her perseverance in learning about authorizations and billing have provided a foundation for success.
