My amazing client and one of ASF members, Peggy Burger Schlosser, is organizing the Courtney’s Courage – El Tour for Tots Cycling Team again this year and the team will be riding in the 39th Annual El Tour de Tucson on Saturday, November 19th with distances from 102 miles, 63 miles, 32 miles. Courtney’s Courage - El Tour for Tots is another way to raise funds to assist with support services for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Courtney's Courage passes thru $.96 of every dollar donated to support these needs. They work closely with the social workers to provide support to families by paying essential bills, delivering food/snacks to the clinics/hospital, creating Courtney’s Angel/Sibling Pack for the patient and their siblings, organize and host several support groups for Teens/Young Adult, Mom’s Dinner Out, Sibling Events, Holiday Adopt-a-Family and our Annual Hope and Health Bereavement Retreat.
