A new midweek ritual arrives at the Arizona Inn starting next week Wednesday the 20th May! Mat Barre Sculpt classes with Julianne is a fun, feel-good 45-minute barre workout designed to lengthen, strengthen, sculpt, and energize through low-impact movement and intentional flow. Led by former Physique 57 NYC instructor, Julianne McEvoy, this is movement with a little burn, a little grace, and a whole lot of good energy.
