Respectfully Dead

Sometimes you spend 6hrs creating a beautiful scene with fragile natural materials.. & then fumble it while securing the glass dome and break part of it.. 🥴 💩! Sadly the cocoon was a total loss, a few other bits as well.. but I will say for literally dropping to a tile floor, it could have been a lot worse for damage!
Thankfully I got photos before the fall.. the last photo showing the dome is what it currently actually looks like, still beautiful, just lacking a few of the original details sadly.
This piece was completed over winter but is available for in person purchase at a few upcoming events! 💀

Hi again everyone! Long time no post, life has been hectic with big changes, but things are settling into to a new normal..
So here’s a beautiful Asian forest scorpion dome display that was finished over winter. 🩶
The scorpion was a donated pet & all accompanied decorative bits were foraged and preserved myself, no fake or plastic here! 🦂🍂
